Tremella reticulata (Berk.) Farlow Fruit body 3-10cm high, 6-15cm wide, a rosette of erect hollow lobes or branches, tufted when young, blunt when mature; white becoming pale dingy yellow in age. Flesh gelatinous-cartilaginous. Spores broadly ovoid, depressed on one side, 9-11 x 5-6µ. Habitat on the ground or on rotting wood, under hardwoods. Occasional. Found in northeastern North America, west to the Great Plains. Season July-October. Edibility not known.
