Clavulina cristata (Fr.) Schroet. syn. Clavaria cristata Fr. Kamm-Koralle Clavaire crêtée White Coral Fruit body 2.5–8cm high, solitary or gregarious forming densely branched white tufts the tips of which become fringed or cristate. Spores white, subglobose, 7–11×6.5–10µ. Habitat terrestrial in frondose and coniferous woods. Season summer to late autumn. Common. Edible. Distribution, America and Europe.
